If you are unsatisfied with our product, it can be returned for an exchange or refund. You must contact us within 2-3 business days of receiving the item to get a return authorization. All return items must be received within 10 business days of the date the return authorization is issued, and no more than 30 days from date our product was originally shipped to you. Items returned without a return authorization will be disregarded or returned at the customer's expense. All returned items must be in a "never used" condition, or we will not accept them. Shipping on non-defective chair mats is the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited.
Absolute Chair Mat warrants it's vinyl chair mats to be free from defects in workmanship or material.
Should one of our warranted classic vinyl mats break or crack under normal usage during the warranty period*, Absolute Chair Mat will do a one time replacement of the chair mat with a like or similar product (or, at it's option refund the original purchase price) upon proof of purchase (original receipt) and upon return of a small piece of the defective mat to factory with transportation charges prepaid by customer to and from factory. (You will be responsible for the freight for the replacement mat under warranty).
Colors are subject to normal action of exposure and to sunlight and are therefore not covered by this warranty.
The use of metal casters or casters with surface contact less than one-half inch in width, ball type casters, or use on painted or varnished surfaces voids this warranty.
Absolute Chair Mat reserves the right to inspect the returned goods for evidence of misuse prior to issuing any adjustments. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchant-ability of fitness, which are expressly excluded. Liability under this warranty is limited to cost of the product and shall not extend to any other special or consequential damages. Laminated mats are warranted for one year from the date of purchase.

If your order appears to have been damaged during shipment, it is recommended that you refuse the shipment at the time the delivery attempt is being made. Please detain the delivery person until you have the opportunity to inspect your parcel and before you accept it.
If you receive a defective chair mat, we will do everything in our power to make sure you receive a replacement at no cost to you. You must contact us within 2-3 business days of receiving the item to get the necessary information that may be needed to process a claim, provide a return authorization, etc.. Absolute Chair Mats will take care of any shipping charges to return the defective chair mat and get the replacement to you.
Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item. Currently we offer free shipping on all of our products except where noted.
Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Refunds for non-defective items may be subject to fees. If a refund is requested, a 10% to 25% restocking fee will apply; this is to cover repackaging fee for the returned item and the shipping charges that were incurred when we originally shipped the product to you. Shipping and Handling on Non-Defective products is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
