We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Custom Chair Mats and custom cut length roll stock or runners are not returnable. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
Product Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with our product, it can be returned for an exchange or refund. You must contact us within 2-3 business days of receiving the item to get a return authorization. All return items must be received within 10 business days of the date the return authorization is issued, and no more than 30 days from date our product was originally shipped to you. Items returned without a return authorization will be disregarded or returned at the customer's expense. All returned items must be in a "never used" condition, or we will not accept them. Returned shipping costs on non-defective chair mats is the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited.
Refunds: Returns for non-defective items may be subject to fees. If a refund is requested, a 10% to 25% restocking fee may apply. Shipping and Handling costs on Non-Defective returned products is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of an authorized returned item, we deduct the actual shipping costs we incurred to ship the item from the original purchase costs.
We warrant our vinyl chair mats to be free from defects in workmanship or material. Should one of our (.200 thick +/-10%) Ultra Supreme mats or (.250 thick +/-10%) Executive Supreme mats break or crack under normal usage, we will do a one time replacement of the chair mat with a like or similar product (or, at our option refund the original purchase price) upon proof of purchase and upon return of a small piece of the defective mat to factory or a detailed picture with transportation charges prepaid by you to and from factory. (You will be responsible for the freight for the replacement mat under this warranty).
Colors are subject to normal action of exposure and to sunlight and are therefore not covered by this warranty. The use of metal casters, Saturn ring style casters, ball casters or casters with surface contact less than one-half inch in width or use on painted or varnished surfaces voids this warranty. We reserve the right to inspect the returned goods for evidence of misuse prior to issuing any adjustments.
Although most customers do not have this issue with our high quality vinyl chair mats, caster indentation issues are not covered under this warranty. Please make sure that you order the appropriate chair mat for your situation. The thicker the chair mat, the less likely you will experience indentation issues. Sometimes when you first place the chair mat on the carpeting, you may experience indentation issue. Usually these issues subside once the mat has had some time to nest down into the carpet.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchant-ability of fitness, which are expressly excluded. Liability under this warranty is limited to cost of the product and shall not extend to any other special or consequential damages.
Please Note: Mats that have been converted to an Aerated Mat or a Link Mat are not covered under this or any warranty.Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.
Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
